This Sunday's editon of Hampton Roads Topics looks at the 6th Annual Chesapeake Rubber Duck Race. This fundraiser for Children's Health Investment Program allows anyone to adopt one of 10,000 rubber ducks that will be simultaneously dropped into the Intracoastal Waterway at Great Bridge on Saturday, April 28th. The person whose duckie crosses the finish line first will win a new Nissan Versa. My guest is CHIP's president, Trish O'Brien.
