I talk with Virginia Beach Commonwealth's Attorney Harvey Bryant and Adam Bernstein of Virginia Beach Police about a recent rash of hit and run incidents. Two, each involving a cyclist on Shore Drive, happened within a few weeks of each other. Both remain unsolved.
